Copyrights are not transferable with sale. Reproduction and distribution is prohibited without permission.


Payment Policies

kaitcreative.com accepts payment via PayPal, ShopifyPay, Apple Pay, Amex, Visa or Mastercard. Payments are processed in Canadian dollars.


Refund Policy

Please note colors may vary slightly on different computer monitors and actual print piece may vary slightly from what you see on kaitcreative.com. Items will not be refunded for color variance.

Items including customization such as but not limited to: Custom Lettered Prints, Hand Lettered Ornaments and Hand Lettered Gift Bags are non-refundable.

If, for any other reason you are not satisfied with the product you receive kindly return the undamaged art in its original packaging within thirty days and upon its safe arrival kaitcreative will issue a refund for the price of the art minus a $20.00 CAD restocking fee

Refunds (if applicable)
Email kait [at] kaitcreative.com to notify us you are sending us a package. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days. Shipping charges will not be refunded. A $20.00 CAD restocking fee will apply.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at kait@kaitcreative.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at kait [at] kaitcreative.com and we will provide the return address. 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items will ship according to the item description on the order page and an approximate ship date will be included on your invoice or receipt. Items will not ship before these dates.


Local Pick Up

You will be notified that your order is ready 1 day before your pick up date with the address in New Westminster. Items are not available to pick up prior to that date. Please see the shipping page for more details.


Coupon Codes

Coupon Codes received via order insert, business cards at trade shows or markets etc., or via email and social media are redeemable only at kaitcreative.com on products available for direct purchase, such as finished artwork. Most coupon code have an expiry date after which they are not redeemable. To redeem your coupon enter the code on the checkout page.

Coupon codes and discounts are not offered on design services, commissions or on products sold in stores by our retailers or in person at markets, pop up etc.
